I used the thermal moisturizer as a leave in for my twist out and for my niece twist out. I have type 3c hair in the front and 4a in the back. My niece has type 4b/4c hair. This moisturizer worked great for both of our hair textures. It had slip and instantly moisturized our hair. A little definitely went a long way you on each section.
